Vatican Tour Day and Rome By Night

Still recovering from not sleeping more than 3 hours a night...I'm like a kid at Xmas! Had a long, hot, HUMID and very, very, very...crowded tour of Vatican City today. I did get some good pictures and was shocked to see all color in the Sistine Chapel ceiling as compared to the last time I visited in 1973. Afternoon tour was postponed due to closing of basilicas for the celebration of the holy sacrament scheduled at the last minute...but we did get to see many cardinals during a procession and renterance at St peter's today. Will pat pictures and possibly video tomorrow, sleep permitting. now to paraphrase Shakespeare, to bed, and, ah, perchance to SLEEP. Buono Nottea tutti.
